Email setup instructions for Mac Entourage
To change your Outgoing (SMTP) Mail Server in Microsoft Entourage
1. Click on Tools
2. Select Accounts
3. Click on the Mail tab
4. Click on your account and then on Edit
5. Click the Account Settings tab and in the SMTP server: text box enter your Internet Service Provider's Outgoing Mail Server name. You may need to call your ISP for this information, or you may be able to look up their information here. Your ISP is the company that provides Internet access to your home or office.

6. Click OK
7. If you are still unable to send mail, go back to Step 5 and click the button "Click here for advanced sending options"

8. Click SMTP server requires authentication then click "Log on Using" and enter your ISP's user name and password for sending mail. You may need to call your ISP for this information.
9. Click off that window and Click OK
10. If you are still getting a failure re-check the settings
